Hey r/MotivateIndia,

If you have Reddit account , I have a straightforward side hustle for you. I manage referrals for a micro-tasking platform where you get paid to do basic Reddit engagement (upvoting, commenting, etc.).

TASKS TAKES HARDLY 2-3mins

The Details:

Pay: ₹200-₹300 per day depending on tasks you complete.

Requirements: You must have 1k+ karma and an account that is at least 1 year old (the platform filters out bot/spam accounts, so only real users qualify).

I've been doing this myself and it's a great way to make some extra pocket money.

If you meet the karma/age requirements and want to try it out, join my Telegram group where I post the instructions: [Link in comments].

▲ 0 r/CRM

Hey everyone,

I’m currently working on optimizing a workflow where our CRM's native lead assignment rules are just not cutting it anymore. We have a mix of inbound calls and web forms, and the round-robin features in our current setup are too basic (leads are getting cold before reps pick them up).

I've been researching dedicated LMS (Lead Management Systems) to sit between the lead sources and the CRM to handle the distribution logic faster.

I found this breakdown of lead distribution platforms that lists a few options like Phonexa and others.

Has anyone here implemented a dedicated distribution layer versus just trying to force the CRM to do it via complex automation? Curious if the extra cost of a specialized tool pays off in speed-to-lead.

Thanks!
