End of s1 races
Guys I’ve been using zr for almost a year but there’s been a lot of not running as I kept getting injured. Have cut back to running twice a week to manage this and made my way through the c25k training program.
I was so pleased to be back on the main story and was shocked at the s1 finale (I hadn’t even realised it was near the end of the season) but now I’m struggling with the long distance races.
I only run 5k at a time max, it’s normally 4k, so it’s going to take me at least a week for the 10k, and easily 2 for the 20k. Having to stop a run halfway just doesn’t hit the spot. And I tried doing the 5k new canton race but I was so confused I thought it was an error in the app until I read on here that it’s meant to be confusing.
I’m tempted to run more frequently so I can progress but also know that way leads to injury. Any other runner 5s been through this?
TLDR I really wanna skip ahead to season 2 and find out what the flip is going on post s1 finale.
