For determining BEST , you can consider all things . Fighting power in 1v1 , Fighting power in 1 v group, survivability, getting out of an ambush , healing ,durability , intelligence etc etc for all sort of scenarios.

OR you can just push you agendas .

It's basically like if you were in lotm and you could pick any pathway at different sequences then what would be the best considering you remain only at that sequence .
