Anyone upgraded from the old 500mb Brsk package to the You1000 plan? How long does the new speed take to come in?
I got upgraded yesterday and whilst I believe an upgrade might take 24hrs, it's been pretty close already and I am a little impatient given how long I had to sit in contact with them just to get my contract upgraded. Other people have said varying amounts of time, when should I start worrying that I'll have to contact them again and sit through their customer service?
