I have been having a problem with this N4Pro that I got a month ago. After a month of flawless problems.....yesterday it started not printing. First layer ok and it would destroy the print on the second layer. I took the bottom off and found the fan blades and the power wire glued together. This caused the board to blow a transistor. So what is going on at Elegoo to let something like this out of the factory? QC not doing their job?

Been having problems for about 2 days now. Before we get into anyone saying you need to watch the first layer.... I did. First layer perfect. Second layer....destroyed. I have spent the whole day leveling and releveling the bed. 10 different filaments. Yes they were in a dehydrator for at least 6 hours. I'm at my witts end with it. Any ideas?
