so my question is, do you need experience to work at in n out? I’ve gotten my interview but this would be my first job. the place I’m currently applying for dose have a hiring add up right now so I was wondering what would be my chances of getting into in n out without job experience?

My question is should I start playing baseball next year for my junior year. I have almost zero experience playing baseball except for playing catch with my cousins and playing t ball at the age of 5. Im really just worried that its to late for me to start and be slightly successful with it. I still have a phew months before my junior year starts so I have a bit of time to make my final decision but I feel this could really help.
