I'm honestly wondering at this point. I call the 1-800-361-5373 number and I don't think I have ever actually gotten off hold before getting busy with something and having to hang up. Once they also gave me the "provide you number and we will call you back" option and then no one ever called me back. Is this an issue others have also experienced, and if so, are there any tricks to actually getting on the line with someone (i.e. maybe a different number or calling at a certain time?) Thanks!
