My friend used to be in a long term relationship and they used to make out and had a sexual relationship the thing is they broke up and now she’s scared to be with someone new not because he’ll find out but she feels too guilty would telling the new guy is the right move?

I truly truly love him I don’t think ill ever love anyone else as much as I love him it’s been 9 months and I’m trying to get over it and I’m not able to we still talk I’m sure he still loves me but he’s hurt from me doesn’t want to block as he doesn’t know what the future holds and he’s not shutting the door it’s a very tough situation. Has anyone ever manifested someone ? lol
