Hey! My name is Occ, I am an officer from WoW Guild Progress. Over the years of managing guilds I found myself building more and more complex Google Sheets, Discord integrations etc. until I spent a lot of time developing an all in one tool that integrates key functionalities of sites like softres.it, sixtyupgrades, raidplan.io, raidhelper and more: OXM.gg.

The application is currently in Open Beta and every user / guild can freely register if you already have your guild managed via Discord. It is 100% integrated into your Discord server and roles, no additional permission handling inside of OXM needed.

The system is also packed with functionality and logic that is not visible at first glance, so I am for sure still working on making the system better out of the box. Initially this was only used by Progress and I did not intend to make this public, so this requires you to setup a bit by yourself, but with a bit of reading and clicking you will make it. :)

Absence Calendar & Smart Splits

Players mark their unavailability, single dates or recurring. The auto-split or your manual rostering reads that data automatically, so your roster is already built around who's actually showing up.

Auto Split Builder Engine

Generates balanced raid splits factoring in class comp, role distribution, loot priority, and absences all at once.

Automated Boss Assignments

Set rules like "Feral tank boss, Paladin tank adds" or "this class handles interrupts on phase 2" and the engine fills out your entire raid automatically.

Players pick their SR items via web directly on the raid/PUG. No separate service needed.

Loot Tracking

Full loot history with RCLootCouncil import support and automatic BiS acquired logic for characters receiving the items.

PUG Management

Public PUG listings with web signups and automatic Discord announcement sync.

Finance Tracking & Guild Bank requests

Receive Discord messages for approvals and manage your finances for your Guild easily.

Officer Board

Kanban task board for officers (kinda like mini-trello) assignments, due dates, and comments to keep everyone on the same page.
