Double jabbing

Sorry...I realise that this has probably been asked before but I'm too dumb to think about how I would search for the answer...

Today is the start of week 6. I have been losing pretty much effortlessly on 2.5mg so took a half dose of my 5mg pen. I'm noticing a hunger now that I haven't noticed previously. Am wondering if I was too confident and should have really taken my first 5mg jab.

Will see how things go, but if hunger returns, has anyone jabbed half a dose one day and then a few days later topped up with the other half? Or do you white knuckle it through the week and up on the next dose?

Waiting for a response almost a week

I ordered last Sunday. Payment was taken on the day of the order. Not had any response yet as to whether they will prescribe. Not had this issue with any other online seller. To be expected?

A shame that we've recently repainted because I could have sanded all the walls of the house with my tongue...

Does anyone have any tips for how to combat the dry mouth? I'm chewing gum all day and drinking litres of water. But it passes through the mouth like water off a duck's back. Thought a duck would probably be wetter.

https://www.nytimes.com/2026/04/27/health/food-noise-obesity-drugs-glp-1.html While I was following the links that came at the bottom of the article, I discovered that in Europe and the USA, governments have allowed pharmaceutical companies extended patenting...meaning that we have the longest periods of time on earth before the drug companies face competition and lower prices. In many parts of the world, the patents have expired and people are paying £30-£50 a month for their medicine. Sign. However, I also read that by the time I retire (or dream of retiring) we'll also be out of patent, so there's hope yet! As long as I can continue paying for the next 15 years...

Does anyone else share my discomfort with the term "food noise"? I think it minimises just how big a deal it is and makes it sound like it's something that only fat people get (or can't resist). For me, it's the same mechanism that every human gets, but with messed up triggers for people like us. I currently think of it as hormonal starvation response, but am looking for a better term!
