Is this mold?
I didn't even know this part of the lid came off and I definitely dont wash it enough since i only use it for water, but when i do i just put it in the dishwasher and dont really look closely at the lid. Its a stanley cup. Not even looking for a yes or no just wondering what the likelihood is that it IS mold (Reddit won’t let me edit the title, but imagine its something more like “how screwed am i”)
Like- ive been consistently using this cup damn near daily (like 5 days of the week) for over a year. i should definitely probably see a doctor right?
Especially considering that since April of last year ive had progressively worsening respiratory issues, fatigue, my hypermobility related joint pain has been rapidly worsening, and ive been consistently sick for months with sinus drainage without much explanation- which is whats making me really worried that this is mold because i know all of those are potential symptoms of mold exposure which would make sense
IM NOT ASKING FOR MEDICAL ADVICE and Im definitely still gonna talk to my doctor just kinda freaked out rn and thought it may potentially be useful context in figuring out if this is mold
there was more on the other side of the lid but i forgot to take a picture before throwing it in a bowl of vinegar
