Hello everyone! Why is it that coming from a new community attracts all sorts of slander?
Hi everyone in the Yunlin community!
Today, we saw ourselves being discussed in another community, and I felt utterly helpless.
A user named "HelpfulCaramel2545" has been spreading various rumors in our community ever since we first established it. Whether I ask my loyal customers to post reviews or engage in other activities, he attacks us in other communities, claiming that we are "scammers." But seriously—has anyone ever met a scammer who actually issues refunds?
We have encountered situations where customers were not entirely satisfied with a product, but we always issued refunds sincerely. I simply do not understand why we are being subjected to such attacks.
Just today, he also attacked one of our loyal customers without provocation, leaving me completely speechless! If you, my friend, wish to attack *us*, I welcome it; however, isn't it rather inappropriate to attack innocent bystanders without cause?
I have included the evidence in the attached images. Furthermore, the user attacking us seems to lack any actual evidence to support his claim that we are scammers. Our accounts are primarily used to share news and updates favorable to our business; yet, he insists that the reviews posted by our genuine customers are merely "fake promotional content" created by us.
On a separate note, a sincere customer recently pointed out that our current marketing strategy might not be very effective. We have primarily been focusing our efforts on Instagram and Facebook—does anyone have any good suggestions for us?

I can't help but wonder if I have somehow stepped on the toes of our competitors. This individual has been using numerous "alt accounts" to spread rumors about us; some of these attacks have even crossed the line into verbal abuse. We, on the other hand, have always strived to maintain a civil tone and have never resorted to using abusive language ourselves.
