Regarding i9 14900Hx Undervolt
I dont know much about Undervolting, Since i am a beginner. It my first time doing an undervolt.
At first i Undervolt In Bios And set it at Max applicable Undervolt that is -80mv. And tested system stability with test like Y cruncher and OCCT (CPU+RAM) And it was passed with 8 hour run. (cache Undervolt is 0 for both cache that is P and E)
But as i kept increasing And reached the point where my current undervolt is -150mv and P cache -100mv and Still is passing the test
(using ThrottleStop)
I confirmed that undervolting was working by watching readings in HWinfo application
Here are my core configuration
2p cores are at 55x
6p cores are at 52x
16e cores at stock 41x
Undervolt
E cache = 0
P cache = -100mv
Cpu core = -150mv
Passing OCCT And y-cruncher at this is frightening me
Ofc I havent played any games yet
If you have any games recommendations that could really test my Undervolt stability or Any rendering task will also do
OCCT setting were Extreme, Large data set with Variable load.
Is there any thing i should be concerned please let me know!!!
EDIT forgot to add PL values PL1 is 65W and PL for 2 mins is 90W Max PL values is 175W for CPU
