Real estate investment/end use in Vermosa cavite Cresent grove under Ayala land premier vs Caleia alveo ayala

Can you help me decide wether i go with ALP which is more executive type or alveo land which is on a premium side .
Im planning to buy pre selling lot woth 14m (275 sqm) for alveo and 25m (420sqm) for ALP.
The dillema is i tend to use it in the future or hold it as land banking and maybe sell it after 10 to 15 years.
I'm currently an entrepreneur with 5 branches of business at 30 years old averaging around 500k to 700k net profit income per month.
But currently invested all my money to a new business around 3 months ago and still in a breakeven period and had only 2m cash saving with all the trend of crisis and business as business im not that really confident if if the business will thrive or will have short commings in the future. The only stable source of income is my 4 business branches currrently opperating around 4 to 5 years
I feel like Alveo worth 15m is more managable for me what ever happened but should i take the risk and Go for much future proof land and executive land .
