These drawers I found are practically tailor made for tarot cards. At 11x14cm per bin, they fit standard size tarot decks perfectly with extra room for boxes, oversized cards, pouches, etc. The bins come out all the way so you can take them out and put them on a table.

Also the drawers fit in an Ikea Kallax cube almost perfectly.
