I bought two Flows about 6 months ago. I was pretty happy with them for the most part. Narwal’s customer support was normally very responsive. Unfortunately, one of the Flows stopped working several weeks ago. I sent it to Narwal for repairs, but that just made it worse.

Narwal then said they would replace the Flow. But that was 10 days ago and that was the last I ever heard from them. I've emailed them multiple times trying to find out when the replacement unit would be shipped, but I’ve received zero responses.

I’m not sure what to do now. Contest the original charge with my credit card company? Has anyone heard from Narwal customer service recently?
