My lashes are falling off after just 10 days, is it normal? Too soon to refill?

I’ve moved and changed my lash tech and my lashes seem weird? They are falling off after 10 days. Usually wasn’t the case with my previous place. I feel like its too soon to refill (or not?). Its a bit expensive (60€). I have an event soon and I wanted to look good. What I can do? Do lash clusters myself? (I just dont have ANY experience with them).
