Do Larosa Drivers Get The Delievery Charge?

Are there any current or former delivery drivers here? Do you get the $5.95 they charge for delivery? If you don’t, you just eliminate one of my options.

If you don’t, i think it’s terrible. For any company to charge a delivery service where the driver uses their car and gas, then keeps it, is next level Trump. lol

Thanks.

Weed smell

I live in a non smoking complex. No smoking in units. Cigarettes or weed.

My neighbor constantly smokes and it eventually finds its way to my apartment. I don’t care what you do, but the smell is fucking horrible. No different than cigarettes smell. No one wants to smell that shit, go outside and smoke it!

Do I look like a Karen filing a complaint to management? Shits horrible. I’m sure nothing will be done. But I can’t stand the smell of that shit. Entitled idiots smoke that shit and don’t care about the stank it has on others.

Fraudulent Puker

I’ve been driving 12 years, 4.99 rating a girl pukes and they say they can’t give me a cleaning fee because it appears fraudulent. Such bullshit.

They can listen to the recording of the ride and hear her say she’s going to puke. Then apologize for throwing up.

12 years and it finally happened. 🤮🤮

The girl was apologetic, but apologies don’t clean my car. She said, I’m gonna puke. I pulled over and she blew it all over my door. I felt bad for her. She kept apologizing and was wiping my door with paper towels and pushing it in my door speaker!🤮

Her friend gave me $24. I have to submit a cleaning fee. How much will I get. It ruined my morning rush. Fried chicken and sprite 🤮

Uber makes it damn near impossible to report. Kept saying I already reported it and I didn’t. Finally figured it out and submitted pictures.

How long does it take for them to get back to me?

Foot pain

I’m out of shape, and it’s embarrassing how far I have fallen. I’m working on pulling myself out of this mess.

I’m planning a section hike next month for Trail Days in the AT. 50-100 miles, but unsure.

I have been doing 5 miles a day on a trail by my house. It’s a loop, nothing strenuous. But after 5 miles my feet are done. I’m really sore. And that’s without a pack.

I’m about 45lbs over my goal weight and I used to be really active. I don’t remember being this sore and in pain. I’m 51 now, so age plays too.

How long before my feet start feeling better? And any advice on how much I can expect to cover in a day?

Medpace studies over on Madison road

So I picked a few people up. One who was doing a weight loss drug for 10k. They fly her in and give room, and food.

Another one was getting like 30k for 3 months! 😂

I’m not sure I’d want to be a Guinea pig, but has anyone done these studies? I’d be too afraid of long term damage. She was young too, scary. She said she talked to many there that do it for a living, WYF 💉 😆

Best section hike?

If you were going to a section hike between Georgia and West Virginia, what would you choose?

I am planning end of April, mid May.

I have zero experience, in like NONE! lol. I’ve camped, but never did any through hiking at all, so it will all be new to me.

I’m looking at maybe a total of 100 miles. I hope to do 8-10 miles a day, if that might be pushing it. I was looking at Harper’s ferry to Front Royal, but been getting mixed reviews.

I have a car, so I’d prefer to drive. And hopefully leave my car some where so I can hitch back, shuttle, bus or train.

Thoughts?

EDIT—— I just saw trail days is Mid May. That would be a plus. Maybe some where south and hike up into Virgina then I can work my way back to my car.
