Auto start not working - is my battery bad?

Hey all, got a question for ya. I recently bought a used 2022 Lincoln Nautilus 2.7L. The engine used to shut off at when stopping at red lights, traffic, etc., but lately it hasn’t been doing that and the display reads “auto-start disabled due to vehicle charging.” It’s a fully gas engine - not hybrid/electric motor whatsoever. Do I need a new 12V car battery? I’ve tried turning the auto start/stop function off and back on and it’s still not working. I typically drive to and from work which is about 15 miles of mostly 35-55 city driving. Any suggestions?

Nautilus-what’s the difference between comfort and normal drive modes?

I have a 2022 Nautilus and I was wondering what are the differences between normal and comfort drive modes? I get what the sport mode does, but wanted to know if anybody could give me a detailed description of the difference between comfort and normal modes are. Also, which one is the most fuel efficient. I’ve pretty much had it on comfort since I got it, and I wanted to know if there’s a big difference between normal and comfort. I switched between the two, but didn’t really seem to notice any difference at all. Definitely noticed a difference when I hit a sport, though!! What’s your favorite? Sound off!!!
