Leaning cherry tree

Good morning,

I have a cherry tree in front of my house that is leaning more and more towards the house. The branch supporting the bird feeder has rotted away at the base on the side where it was cut. In addition, this year I noticed a longitudinal crack on the other trunk, and above the crack there has always been a spot from which sap oozes. My question is: should I try to prop up this tree so that it remains a beautiful feature of the driveway, or should I start considering cutting it down and planting a new tree in its place?
