What the title says, quite literally. Dolphin being captured through OBS while Lossless Scaling is activated with a target FPS of 100 scaled from 30. YouTube can't even really show this as it's limited to 60, but I tried to capture it, regardless. Buttery smooth experience and doesn't seem to come with any of the drawbacks of using a hardcoded FPS cheat. Might be the optimal way to play until a recomp comes out? Not sure.

I need to adjust some settings in Lossless Scaling on somewhat of a per-game basis depending on the internal FPS of the game being played. With that said, this particular game actually looks and runs very smoothly when filtered through at 5x the framerate (or so it says). I play through the Nappa & Vegeta battle, getting a good look at how Lossless Scaling operates on an older 2.5D game...

Also, I turned the internal CPU clock on the virtual PlayStation to 130%. It might be unstable and throttling due to this.
