I work in cooperate America, I've been here for years. The receptionist only talks to me about her children (which I seriously have no interest in what they're up too) and then she'll ask me "what did you eat for lunch today!" "what did you eat for dinner last night?!" "what do you think you're going to eat today?"

EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.

She'll come to my desk or walk past my cubicle and ask. It's gotten to the point I've just started saying "Oh nothing special", I've even straight up ignored but she continues to do it every day. I'm so confused are people that interested in other people's lunches? I've never asked anyone this as I don't care. Like am I just a mean person? Or is my irritation justified.

Since his death I haven't been able to listen to young Michael Jackson, before his death I loved the album BEN and "Love you save" is one of my favorite songs. It just puts me in a somber state if I try, and I tried again after watching the movie but I ended up completely sad, crying. I would love to appreciate the music for what it is while he was recording it and not to wrap it up into the tragic story he had. I just don't know how to do that yet.

Are there any songs you can't listen too?

Anyone experience this and no matter what I do nothing helps. It will make a high pitched whistle or it sounds like wind in my ear. I can't stand it anymore
