Did anyone catch that the same actor, Ryan Woodle, who plays a geotagger/side character named Rusty in SVU, Season 10 episode 2, came back as the rapist, Theodore Murtaugh in Season 23? I know they reuse a lot of actors, but it just clicked for me today that it was the same actor in 2 different roles. It's probably been about 15 years and the guy looks exactly the same.
