Anyone else pickup this gem on RSD last week?

I am attempting to connect my fx-c to PC in order to upload a bin file. I am on a chrome browser (connected to the web flasher site), have my device connected via usb to usb-c cable and turned on. I have tried multiple cables that readily work with other devices when plugging into PC. However, it is not recognizing the device (see below). What am I doing wrong?
