OLJ Employers can see your Application History
Not really good at sharing stories but I just wanna share what I found in Reddit.
So I just read somewhere that OLJ is very pro-employer... they can leave a review in your account even though they have never hired you. Kahit nag send ka lang ng application, iiwanan ka na nila ng rating - like 1 star, 2 star ganern.
These reviews cannot be disputed at all based on community discussion... then I tried to open my client's OLJ account since we were hiring people using that platform... Another VA that is working with us who was handling the messages their left 1 star ratings to those people who tried to apply with us. I mean, why?
But that is not the main topic here. So chineck ko yung mga account ng applicants at nakikita din dito kung ano yung Application History nila - ilan yung sinend nila, kailan sila nagsend, at pwedeng iwan ng review kahit hindi ko sila hinire.
So ano gusto kong parating dito? Be careful how you apply, and if you apply to different job postings make sure that you apply professionally and be on your best foot forward always.
