Calf Stretcher Board recommendations?
my calves are tight enough that it’s starting to feel like a constant background issue, and i keep seeing slant boards / calf stretcher boards come up in mobility and ATG stuff
i’m tempted to grab one, but i can’t really tell how much of the hype is just “new piece of equipment = motivation for a week” vs something people actually keep using. i’m mostly interested in better calf/ankle mobility and having an easier way to stretch consistently at home, not trying to build some giant setup or buy random gear for no reason
if you bought one and it actually earned a place in your routine, what did you end up using? and did it feel meaningfully better than just stretching off a step or against a wall?
