Offseason weight
Next year will be my sophomore year and i’m aiming to wrestle 133 (last season i wrestled 133 then 127 after Christmas), right now in april i’m waking up at around 142 (a lot of it most likely bloat). I know it’s a long time until next season, but say i get to 145-148 in the summer, would it still be reasonable to try for 133 without totally draining myself? Right now i’m probably barely eating above maintenance calories, so i’m not really overeating.
