I honestly need advice because this has turned into one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had.

I ordered a luggage set from NOBL Travel:

  • 1 large suitcase
  • 1 All-in-One Carry-On (Jet Black)

The large suitcase arrived normally, but the carry-on never showed up.

For more than 45 days, support kept replying with:

  • “24–48 hours”
  • “We’re investigating”
  • “Warehouse team is checking”
  • “We’ll update you shortly”

Eventually they shipped me the WRONG replacement item — another large suitcase instead of the carry-on.

Then things became even more confusing:
The courier created a NEW tracking number after the return process, and apparently NOBL’s own system lost track of the shipment completely. I had to contact the shipping company myself and recover the updated tracking information to prove the item had already been delivered back.

Now I’m still waiting for them to finally send the correct carry-on bag.

The strange thing is that support sounds polite in emails, but the actual resolution keeps getting delayed over and over.

Has anyone else dealt with this company before?
Did they eventually solve the issue or refund you?
