I am planning to join uchicago and want to work in government. I am in a dilemma as most of the people I know don't know uchicago and are treating it like an other normal state university. Is this the case even in government hiring as most of the job opportunities come from networking.

Hi guys, I have been running twice or thrice a week for the past 2 months with 5km per run. When I started my vo2 max was 49. After knowing about zone 2 I tried to main heart rate below 155, but it's impossible for me as some of the route is steep.

But there is a decrease in my vo2 max to 48 after 2 months.

What should I do?

Go for 10 km 3 times a week or 5 km every day?
