PS5 on 5k Monitors (LG GM9 GM950B or Asus XG27JCG)

Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask if there’s anyone who could help me out. Right now I have a 4K monitor that I use both for work (Mac) and for gaming on the PS5.

Now I’m thinking about upgrading to a 5K monitor, either the LG or the Asus. I’m just wondering whether the PS5 image quality would actually be worse compared to using a 4K monitor?

5K/QHD Setup with UGREEN Maxidok Thunderbolt 5 Dock?

I have a MacBook Pro M4 Pro and the UGREEN Maxidock Thunderbolt 5 Dock.
My current setup:
• 1× 24” QHD 180 Hz
• 1× 27” 4K 120 Hz
Question: I’m thinking of replacing the 4K monitor with a 5K 120 Hz display. Will the dock still be able to drive both monitors — QHD high refresh rate and 5K 120 Hz — over a single TB5 connection?
