I'm currently using carrol fuel network but I keep running into problems with the app that they use (fuel cloud) and the fact that not all their locations participate in the program, so I end up paying full price on a card. I can't keep track of which locations are actually good to use. I'm wondering what other people are using. I stay in Maryland, mostly Anne Arundel and Baltimore counties if there is a good local solution but open to using something like mudflap to make things easier.
