Built this luxury safari landing page in ~3 hours using AI-assisted development — would love honest feedback

Hey everyone,

I’m exploring freelance web design / landing page development and wanted to build a portfolio piece around a travel brand concept.

I took a static Masai Mara safari itinerary and turned it into a cinematic landing page focused on luxury group travel, storytelling, itinerary flow, pricing, inclusions, and conversion.

Link: https://masai-mara-b.vercel.app/

I’d love honest feedback on:

  1. Does the page feel premium or too “template-like”?
  2. Is the copy compelling enough for a travel landing page?
  3. Is the CTA/conversion flow clear?
  4. How does the mobile experience feel?
  5. What would you improve visually or structurally?

Built with AI-assisted development, but I handled the concept, content direction, layout decisions, copy refinement, and overall art direction.

Please be direct — I’m trying to improve and use projects like this to build a stronger freelance portfolio.

My 23-year-old brother died within 24 hours of being diagnosed with a suspected glioma/GBM. Trying to understand what happened.

My younger brother, was 23. He had headaches/eye pain for a 3-4 days, then severe headache, vomiting, and a seizure.

He was admitted around 1:50 AM. Imaging showed a large left frontal suspected glioma/SOL with tumoral bleed, mass effect, and 13 mm midline shift. He was initially documented as conscious/oriented, managed with medicines, and surgery was apparently advised but not performed there.

By evening we transferred him because we felt there was no urgency or clear communication. Shortly after transfer, he could not breathe. He was later declared brain dead and passed away within hours, likely due to herniation.

I’m trying to understand:

  1. Can suspected glioma/GBM deteriorate to brain death within 24 hours due to bleed/swelling/herniation?
  2. With 13 mm midline shift and tumoral bleed, is emergency decompression usually considered?
  3. If he was initially conscious, could there have been a salvage window?
  4. Is waiting 24–48 hours for surgery ever reasonable in such a case?

No biopsy was done, so I know GBM was provisional. Any insight from doctors/caregivers would help.

Every Friday I have the same problem: BookMyShow has too many events, Instagram is endless scrolling, and asking friends usually ends with no one deciding.

So I built a small website called where2.ai.

How I made it

  • Curated around 196 Bengaluru events across comedy, music, food, workshops, treks, art, nightlife, and community events
  • Converted them into a structured JSON format with venue, price, category, vibe tags, group fit, and source links
  • Built a 7-question quiz to understand user intent
  • Added a local scoring engine to filter events by vibe, budget, group, energy, effort, and hard no’s
  • Used AI to pick the best 3 plans and explain why they fit

The main idea: the unit of value is the plan, not the event page.

Would love feedback on:

  1. Did the recommendations match your vibe?
  2. Were the plans actually useful enough to try?
  3. What felt missing or wrong?
  4. Would you use something like this before a weekend?

Please be brutally honest. I’m trying to figure out if this is worth building further.

Built a small Bengaluru weekend planner. Would love honest feedback from people here.

I had the same Friday problem: BookMyShow feels overloaded, Instagram is endless scrolling, and friends never decide.

So I built where2.ai — a small site that suggests 3 weekend plans in Bengaluru based on your vibe.

It uses ~196 curated events across comedy, music, food, workshops, treks, art, nightlife, and community events, then filters them through a 7-question quiz around vibe, budget, group type, energy, effort, etc.

Main idea: don’t show people 100 events, give them 3 usable plans.

Would love brutal feedback:
Did the plans match your vibe? Was anything missing/wrong? Would you use this before a weekend?
