Side effects of B vitamins

Can anyone help explain this issue? I have been previously diagnosed with OCD, I had severe anxiety issues during the previous 10 years. I got treatment with SSRIs for 2 years, and then I stopped with the recommendation of the doctor. I have been free from SSRIs for 3 years now. I honestly never felt comfortable taking them in the first place. But the problems have changed during this period; the anxiety has been reduced significantly but my ability to concentrate, tackle complex stuff, and motivation have also been reduced. which affected my job, so I checked with a neurologist, we did some tests , a brain CT scan, EEG , and a sleep test, since I have a problem waking up frequently during the night. nothing found, everything is fine, and only a small restless leg syndrome that doesn't need to be treated according to the doctor.
Meanwhile, I started experimenting with supplements during the 3 years. I tried Omega-3, D3, B complex, Magnesium, and L-theanine. What I have noticed is that the Omega-3 and L-theanine helped a little bit, but whenever I take a supplement that contains B vitamins, especially the B6.
I noticed the following effects: frequent urination and a little bit of aches in my kidneys. I do a blood test each year. Everything is fine, just a mild hypothyroidism that I am taking medication for and one time we found a low folic level .
So my question is, what can explain these points? can this be related to MTHFR ? I am certainly not looking for medical advice on Reddit. I believe in the collective wisdom, so I am looking for some hypotheses and things to look for to address these issues

PS: Excuse my English, I'm not a native
