About Us:
Two Taurians (Tauruses? Tauri? Taurdipods?.... whatever) Taylor (34 cis male he/him) and Roxanne (31 cis female she/her). We’ve been roommates for the past year with our friend Magen who is moving to Olympia, and we love that for her.
Taylor is a former bartender and local immigrant rights activist who enjoys gardening, strategic games, and cooking for his roommates.
Roxanne (if you sing the song you owe her a dollar) is a child care worker who enjoys playing volleyball, gaming, and social dancing.
We keep a mostly clean home and prefer to find someone who is relatively tidy. No one will jump down your throat for leaving a dish in the sink, but we believe in mutually caring for our space and dividing the labor sensibly. If you see a task and you have capacity for it, do the task. We’ll return the favor.
We’re a relatively sociable bunch who like to hang out when the stars align. We both keep separate schedules but like to get together when possible to go grab a drink, share a meal, or watch a show. You’re of course welcomed to join, but alone time is important too and we’re more than happy to respect it if you’re the type who prefers to keep to yourself.

Responsible, stable, steady and timely with rent and bills.
Reasonably friendly - We like to be able to hang out together while also respecting one another’s autonomy.
Communicative and respectful. This house is a shared environment and we do our best to keep the common areas usable for everyone.
Pets are a maybe, we’ll have to clear it with the property management company. Additional pet-rent may apply.
Ideally Mid 20’s - 40’s, but exceptions can be made for the right roommate.
Preferably interested in staying for a year or longer (searching for roommates sucks).
Single or with a partner who lives separately.
