Picked up a new lab mix puppy from the shelter. This is our first lab and he’s a super chill pup and fits our family perfectly. The shelter said it was a mix but in the research we’ve done since bringing him home, he seems like a purebred. Any lab enthusiasts out there that can shed some light on if/what he might be mixed with?

We picked up this lab mix from a local shelter. We’re new to labs but this has so far been on of the most laid back and well behaved puppies we’ve ever had. The shelter estimated him to be 4.5 months old, is it normal for them to be this lazy/laid back? We were worried there might be something wrong with him at one point but in the last 24 hours he’s really coming out of his shell.
