Hey! I’m looking for a female flatmate to share my 2BHK in Sector 53. I’m already staying here and one room is opening up from 1st May (can move in a bit earlier as well).

The flat is in DLF Exclusive Floors and we’re the first tenants, so everything is pretty new. The available room is fully furnished with an attached washroom and balcony. The house also has a fully set kitchen, washing machine, and balconies in all rooms. It’s a gated society with security and parks.

Rent is 31.5k per person, security is 2 months, and electricity is as per usage.

Looking for someone who’s easygoing, clean, and values personal space. It’s a chill setup overall.
