Hi everyone

I got a brand new Razer Core X V2 out off its box and got an MSI 5070 12gb with MSI PSU 850w with PCIE5.0 ready. Unfortunately after putting everything together nothing work at all, even the PSU fan didn't spin nor an indicator that the TB5 board is working; worthy to notice that the ATX 20 pins is plugged and the PCIE 6 pins with two pins not sliding inside the pins. I'm trying to troubleshoot the issue but the PSU is not working at all. Any advice to check the issue?
