So for context I was appointed as a SG-14 and I have a masters degree. I recently saw similiar postings for my department where candidates with a masters degree would be “qualified” to start as SG-16. I am 9 months in and will bump up to SG-16 at a year and SG-18 at 2 years.Im wondering if its possible for me to press this issue at all. Has anyone else had experince with this? Would they even consider moving me up? Any advice would be appreciated.
