Wobbly base on right side

Is this a common symptom everyone has with this? on the right side specifically at the base, in both flaccid and when getting erect, there looks like theres a lack of muscles attatching the right base to the body, and its less rigid so the penis tends to curve and bend that way.

This also manifests when trying to kegel when erect, I get a more of a "side to side" motion rather than it jumping up. is this what everyone has and it is treatable? its like theres a less bloodflow on that side so can this return back to normal, as most posts i've seen refer to just having this turtled rigid flaccid state rather than this wobbly thing im talking about.

I just really want to know if its fixable and how, like do I do strength training like glute bridges or just stretch or nofap or do i reverse kegel and breath im so confused cheers guys

Hi guys,

I'm due to graduate soon with a MEng Chemical engineering degree from the UK and have always been interested to move to riyadh for work in my field. I was hoping for any tips or guidance on if its feasible as a fresh graduate to do such a thing? It's something I've seen many people do in my circle and I would love to start a career there and I have the qualifications to do so in what I understand is a sector of growing demand for petroleum and oil and gas.
