Posting because I've spent the last few weeks reading every TikTok Shop policy update for UK sellers and most people don't realise this is coming. Quick summary:
- The 48-point system (12/24/36/48 milestones) is being replaced by AHR (Account Health Rating, 0–1000 scale) - preview May 2026, full switch July 2026
- Everyone starts at 200, with milestones at 150/100/50/0
- Policy quizzes now give points back (5 pts for perfect score)
- SPS Appeal feature launched fully end of March - you can now appeal individual SPS metrics in-Seller Centre
