Had points accelerator active. There was a $1950 merchant refund on my card. The points were nominally clawed back. But the points accelerator is showing closed with only 3,000 points earned not $5,000. The bot chat says I need to reactivate it for another $200 bilt cash. When escalated to a person they just say they’ll follow up in email and IMMEDIATELY end the chat. No timeline. No acknowledgement. How is this normal?! How can we escalate these issues?!
