Which player from a rival team is the most admired, respected and liked by our fansbase?
I think the Panthers had a group of players that I thought were great on the field and very likeable, like Greg Olsen, CMC and Kuechly. I loved the Cam Newton x Cam Jordan rivalry and friendly banter, but Cam Newton strikes me as a narcissistic asshole sometimes and fuck the dabbing thing (another reason to like Olsen btw).
Falcons should get fucked regardless, but I have nothing against Julio Jones and Matt Ryan. Matt and Cam seem to be pretty cool off the field, and if Cam gets into the HoF he should send Matt a pretty nice thank you gift.
Now for the Bucs it gets really hard, they were irrelevant for most of the last 20 years, and at the same time are just a bunch or dirty crybaby assholes. Fuck Evans, fick Baker, fuck McCoy, fuck dirty Lavonte David. I respect Wirfs and Vita Vea game, but nothing about them seems likeable. I'd have to say Winston here, but he was actually never rsspected as a player, and I'd feel like a cheating pick.
Overall for me, it'd definitely be Luke Kuechly. Dude was ridiculously smart, a true defensive QB, and always a class act. I hated when we played him, but those games between him and Brees were true Football chess matches, just beautiful cerebral games.
