Studio help
Can anyone help me identify this noise in my home studio? There’s a wind breeze like sound that is infecting my guitar recordings and I have been trying to troubleshoot it for about two weeks and cannot figure out what is causing this. I have changed cables, bought new ones, turned on ground loops, moved rooms. I cannot figure out for the life of me what this is. This noise happens on every recording I take and in my opinion ruins them.
Setup:
2024 MacBook Pro
Uad Apollo twin x
Quad cortex out output 3 into line of uad
High gain patch.
This noise also seems to happen when I record the DI in. I know the hiss is normal but the wind breeze noise is what I’m focusing on.
