Tirzepatide
I’ve been on tirz (2mg) for only 4 days and i’m feeling great. Very minor headache on day 2, but other than that no side effects. Appetite is barely there especially later in the day. Basically my question is - what side effects should I watch out for when I titrate up and at what titration rate have you seen success?
