Snoring and urine incontinence?

I've been taking lamotrygine in different doses since late 2023. Shortly after few months I've atarted snoring and the issue has beem rising since then - or it's a coincidance or I've had remembered it wrong. In the middle of 2024 I've developed issues with taking piss. I was pissing then stopping. Then feling the urge to do it again minutes after. In december 2024 I've struggled with something similar to a heart attack. I wet my bed in a hospital, that was a first time - 3 days strike. It was really messy in the beggining. I was often not aware of small leakages during a day and it was happening almost every night. But since then it had changed to occur only once a week or twice. I wake up feeling a little urine smell. I'm crazy about that and I wear special pants. I'm not bedwetting myself like you can imagine with kids, but I shouldn't have issues like that.
It could be a sideeffect of tsking lamotrygine but have you ever experienced something like this or had reed about?
My urologist said it might be the issue wjth bladder muscles but everything is good on a paper and we haven't found anything wrong during a medical exams. It might be a neurological thing or stress based but who knows...
This issu has accelerated a breaking up process with my gf and now I'm not able to find a new one person. Lets imagine a little pissing yourself after a date that ended in someones bed.
