First time ever mounting a staghorn! How did I do?

Hey planty friends! I separated this guy from a pot with 4 staghorns, so I have extras in soil just in case I screwed up 😂 this is an untreated wood slice & the roots are wrapped up with damp sphagnum moss & fishing line. I did TONS of research, & I love the way it turned out! Just need to clean up the brown leaves a bit because it went through quite a bit of shock coming home from the store. The brown on the shields was already there when purchased :) This is my first time ever mounting a plant, so I’m just wondering if anyone has opinions on how I did/what I can do better in the future? Thank you all in advance 🫶🏻

Edit: the brown on the shields were already there when purchased! Not caused by transplanting or shock from me. Thank y’all again!
