I am currently trying to control the focus on my Sony A7iii with CaptureOne for a job I have this week. Both the camera and lens are supported based on the CaptureOne website. Its allows me to toggle the autofocus on and off, but doesn’t allow me to select a specific area in the frame.

Im using CaptureOne Engine 20/21 on a Macbook Pro running Tahoe 26.3.1.

Is there a setting within capture one that is not allowing me to do this or is there an issue with the camera system that is causing this?

I am relatively new to Capture One. Thanks for any advice!
