These are the three (or four) last living women who were born before the Queen Mother of the UK. (Don't mind if the title needs rephrasing. )
The Queen Mother's life spanned from 1900 to 2002, and her longevity is often discussed in this forum. However, it is truly mind-blowing to learn that until 2017, there were a few women alive who were born prior to the Queen Mother. For context, the Queen Mother was born on August 4, 1900. Nabi Tajima was born on the exact same day as the Queen Mother, but I still include her in this list.
The 4 women are
(1) Susanna-Mushatt Jones (1899-2016)
(2) Emma Morano (1899-2017)
(3) Violet Brown (1900-2017 : also the last living Victorian ) and
(4) Nabi Tajima (1900- 2018 )
