I’ve recently tried both and i’ve realized that both are sustainable for me but i’m looking for the quickest results (both physical and on the scale)

I've been doing ADF for the past two weeks and on my fasting days I didn't eat at all and I only lost 2 pounds in total... in 2 weeks. So basically I'm loosing a pound per week and I don't know why, should I have expected this rate of weight loss?
Is it because I don't calorie count on my feasting days? The whole reason as to why I'm doing ADF is because I didn't want to count calories to lose weight. Maybe it's because I eat a lot during my fasting days and I don't restrict in anything so I can eat a lot of junk but I do try to get in a lot of fiber and protein.
I'm 5'7 and 160 pounds and I don't know my body fat percentage but I don't think I'm severely overweight, so is that why I'm losing weight so slowly?
For me, ADF is the most sustainable approach to weight loss, but the problem is that I'm not seeing much weight being lost so I don't know. Do you guys think I should keep doing it? Tomorrow is supposed to be my fast day so I want to decide overnight if I should keep going because seeing only 2 pounds being lost is so demotivating.
