Rate my stack - feedback welcome

I’m taking Reta, TRT, Semax, selank, tesamorelin, klow, NAD+, and mots C. I have been taking them for about three months now. I haven’t lost any weight, but I have a ton of body recompositioning. I work out consistently 3-4 times per week. My cardio could improve. Any advice on this stack or things I should remove or add? I’m 43 years old, 6’3” and 280 pounds. I am also taking a low-dose of phentermine for my ADD.

Here is my dosage:

  1. SEMAX - 350MCG daily.

  2. KLOW - 3mg daily (I ramped up to this amount so I am only taking it for a few more weeks, then I am taking 2 weeks off)

  3. RETA - 2mg 3x per week.

  4. NAD+ - 30MG 3x per week.

  5. MotsC - 5MG 3x per week.

  6. TRT - 200MG per week (70 MG 3x per week)

  7. Tesamorelin - 1MG daily before bed fasted

  8. Selank - haven't started yet (in the mail)
